This moulder has 2 pairs of moulding rollers. With moulding attachments off it can work as a dough sheeter to produce pizza, pita, pie and donut dough. Production capacity is the same as model 24-4S with length of dough pcs. up to 22" (550mm). |

Model 24-4S with 28" (710mm) moulding plate and model 24-5S with heavy duty extended conveyor, both come with long 40" (100cm) pressure plate. Both moulders can work well as part of an automatic line with overhead proofer. Dough process range from 28g (1oz) up to 1800g(4lb) with length of moulded dough up to 22" (550mm). |

This machine is designed for the production of french baguettes, long bread loaves and long rolls. Maximum production capacity is 1200 pcs. Dough pieces for rolls could be moulded two pieces at a time to achieve production capacity of up to 2400 pcs. |

Model F502 with 2 moulding rollers has a moulding range from 21g (3/4oz) up to 600g (11/4lb). Model F564 with 4 moulding rollers has a moulding range from 56g (2oz) up to 1500g (3.3lb). This machine is wider than the F502 and can produce longer pieces of dough. |
